Reg, Max and Growing Up On the RM Cascadian

Hi, I’m Jason Sterling. Beginning here I’m starting an archived site for my comic strip following the adventures of my Sims Brian Reginald (Reg) and his son Max. Reg is raising Max by traveling the Sims world from town to town in the same rough order that the locations were released for the game. They are “traveling” on the Airship the RM Cascadian. These adventures are being played out live on my Twitch Channel: JasonAnthonySterling and I decided to post comic strip style updates on Twitter. That’s what you will find here with a certain additional fleshing out as called for.

I began this aspect of the journey with a friend of Reg’s from college living in Willow Creek. Most of whom Reg and Max meet will consist of the Sims and locations I have created while playing the game. So, let’s begin with Starlett O’Terra living “A Life Asleep” on the Magnolia Plantation in Willow Creek.

Our Little Boy Lost from the Crucible is located, if not exactly found, as Shane arrives for dinner at the Cascadian- just as he told Jacob he was doing. For the first time he is stepping away from the cameras and even more importantly away from the hip he has been tied to for life.

Thanksgiving in Brindleton Bay is progressing on a more traditional note. Reg’s parents and Starlett and Alec are on the Cascadian preparing dinner while Grant has taken Max to a nearby pond to learn to fish… As a quick side note, Max and Grant did in fact catch the HUGE fish shown in the panels first and as quickly as shown!

The fireworks are starting at Pizzagiving but in the other tower Sam is showing his mom around as best he can in the dark.

So, through the actions of a supposed agent of Karma a certain peace has settled onto The Crucible. Jacob Gavin has gone forward with Pizzagiving in the face of the sudden absence of his brother Shane at the 11th hour and it’s a great success with one forthcoming exception…

Thanksgiving takes on less allure in a brand new building already suffering from power failures but Shane Gavin has a plan to cast a new light on the situation- a disco light!
